We are a Germany-based company and a direct distributor of HiPP. Every week we receive fresh HiPP products directly from the manufacturer. Our mission is to provide families worldwide with high-quality organic nutrition and other HiPP products with fast and reliable delivery.

We only distribute official HiPP products, sourced directly from the manufacturer. Every item is delivered fresh, with a clear expiration date and original packaging. Customers can be confident they are receiving trusted HiPP nutrition for their families.
3. 🛒 Ordering & Payment
Orders are usually processed on the next business day.
✔ As soon as your order is confirmed, we prepare it for shipment.
✔ You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
✔ We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
✔ All transactions are secure and protected.
4. 🚚 Shipping Policy
– Once your order is processed, it is shipped out immediately.
– Delivery time depends on your location, typically 5–10 business days.
– Tracking information is provided for every order.
– Free worldwide shipping is available for orders over €150.
5. 📦 Customs & Taxes
We ship according to the requirements of your country. All parcels are declared “for personal use,” “and not for resale,” which usually makes the process smooth. In most cases, shipments pass through customs without any issues or additional charges.
6. 💔 Returns & Refunds
Since our products are very sensitive, once we ship them there are no refunds. However, if your product was damaged during shipment, please contact us at wholesalehippformulas@gmail.com with a photo, and we will work with you individually to arrange a replacement.
7. 🤝 Customer Support
Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (German time).
– We usually respond within a few hours.
– Saturdays and Sundays: closed (no support, no shipments).
